Terms & Conditions

Important Notice

By registering for the Advanced 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Innovations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. Last updated: June 2026.

  • All conference registrations must be completed online through the official SciNexa registration portal. Registrations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Registrations are non-transferable between individuals unless approved in writing by the organising committee at least 14 days prior to the conference start date.
  • The organising committee reserves the right to refuse registration or revoke conference access if a registrant engages in disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
  • Name badges are personal and must be worn visibly at all times during the conference. Badges must not be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual.
  • Day passes are available for purchase subject to availability. Day pass holders are entitled to attend all sessions and events scheduled for the purchased day only.

  • All submitted abstracts must represent original research that has not been previously published in a peer-reviewed journal or presented at another conference in its entirety.
  • Abstracts must be written in English and should be between 250 and 350 words. Submissions that fall outside this range may be returned for revision.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the scientific accuracy and integrity of their submissions. Any instances of plagiarism or data fabrication will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The scientific committee's decision regarding acceptance, rejection, or reassignment to a different presentation format (oral/poster) is final and not subject to appeal.
  • Presenting authors must be registered delegates. Acceptance of an abstract does not include conference registration; authors must register separately.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference proceedings unless the author explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the publication deadline.

  • All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Cancellations made 60 or more days before the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the conference start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date are non-refundable. However, the registration may be transferred to a colleague subject to approval.
  • In the event that the conference is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions), registrants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@scinexa.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • All presentations, posters, and other materials submitted to or displayed at the conference remain the intellectual property of the respective authors and presenters.
  • By submitting an abstract or registering to present, authors grant SciNexa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the abstract in conference proceedings and promotional materials.
  • Recording, photographing, or live-streaming any session without prior written consent from both the speaker and the organising committee is strictly prohibited.
  • SciNexa retains rights to photographs and video recordings taken by official conference photographers and videographers. These may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Any use of conference materials, branding, or content for commercial purposes requires explicit written permission from the organising committee.

  • SciNexa is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all conference participants, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin.
  • Harassment in any form — including but not limited to verbal, written, or physical harassment — will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund.
  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically throughout the conference, including at social events associated with the conference.
  • Any concerns about conduct or safety should be reported immediately to the conference organising committee or any staff member wearing a SciNexa badge.
  • The organising committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct. In serious cases, incidents may be reported to the relevant professional body or authorities.
  • By registering for the conference, all participants agree to abide by this code of conduct and the decisions of the organising committee in any dispute arising from its application.
